How quickly have we forgotten what happened on this day? 4 Years and there are no flags outside. 4 years and one major tragedy can send us all back to pre-civilization. 4 years and the President still is the last to get to where the devestation is. 4 years and still the federal agencies cannot talk to each other. 4 years and my neices and nephews are still fun and love to be spun around by their arms.
